Account Representative – Alex Mutch State Farm Agency
$25–$32/hour + Bonuses/Commission | Full-Time | San Ramon, CA

We're an established State Farm agency looking for a motivated, personable Account Representative to join our team. You'll help current and prospective customers with their insurance needs while building relationships and growing our business.
You'll receive training, a steady flow of opportunities, and support from an experienced team. If you enjoy talking with people, are comfortable with sales, and want to grow professionally, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email
- Identify customer needs, provide quotes, and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Follow up with leads and make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Cross-sell additional products to existing customers
- Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing, and claims
- Build strong customer relationships while working toward individual and team sales goals
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay $25–$32/hour
- Commission & bonuses Monthly incentives based on production and goal achievement
- Expected total compensation $70,000–$100,000+

No insurance experience required. Experience in sales, competitive athletics, customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, or other customer-facing roles can translate well to this position.
Licensing A Property & Casualty insurance license is not required to apply. Selected candidates will obtain their license before their start date.

We opened our doors in December 2021 and are proud to be part of a three-generation State Farm family—my dad and grandfather were both California State Farm agents. Carrying on that tradition, I’ve built an agency that’s rooted in service, community, and lasting relationships.

Compensation $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
