Job Overview A successful State Farm office in California is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team remotely. This role is primarily sales-oriented, with specific production and activity targets. We are looking for a dynamic professional who can foster growth in our business through engaging, value-driven conversations. Candidates must have prior experience working in a State Farm office.
Please note Team members are required to work during standard office hours from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs-based assessments and educate customers about various insurance options.
- Collaborate with the sales team to make outbound calls and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity goals.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Generate leads and actively seek out new business opportunities.
- Utilize your expertise in our insurance products to recommend, articulate, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Goal-driven and motivated by achieving tangible results.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must have prior experience as a team member in a State Farm office.
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- Valid Life & Health Insurance license.
