Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Full Time in Fully Remote - US

ROLE DESCRIPTIONSuccessful State Farm office in California looking to hire a fully remote team member for the role of Account Manager. This is primarily a sales focused position with production and activity expectations. Candidates must have prior State Farm office experience.Please note that team members will need to work during the office hours of 9am to 5pm PST.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work alongside a sales team to make outbound calls and hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales/activity goals.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in insurance sales preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Able to anticipate customer needs
  • Must have prior experience as a team member in a State Farm Office
  • Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license
  • Valid Life & Health Insurance license

This is a remote position.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
