Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
Full Time in Fully Remote - US
Successful State Farm office in California looking to hire a fully remote team member for the role of Account Representative. This is primarily a sales focused position with production and activity expectations. Candidates must have prior State Farm office experience (prefer prior experience with a California agent).Please note that team members will need to work during the office hours of 9am to 5pm PST. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers through phone, email, and text communication.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work alongside a sales team to make outbound calls and hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales/activity goals.
- Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance sales preferred
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Must have prior experience as a team member in a State Farm Office
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Valid Life & Health Insurance license

Compensation $48,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
