Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTIONSuccessful State Farm office in California looking to hire a fully remote team member for the role of Insurance Account Representative. This is primarily a sales focused position with production and activity expectations. We seek an energetic professional who can help our business grow through value-based conversations. Candidates must have prior State Farm office experience. Please note that team members will need to work during the office hours of 9am to 5pm PST. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work alongside a sales team to make outbound calls and hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales/activity goals.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Must have prior experience as a team member in a State Farm Office
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Valid Life & Health Insurance license
